About Us

The first annual Woodinville Pride took place at DeYoung Park in 2022. Local residents had a vision of seeing more LGBTQIA+ events on the Eastside for those less willing (or unable) to attend larger events in the city. We believe that our youth need more smaller, family-oriented, safe & inclusive events closer to home to show the types of resources available to the queer community and that local LGBTQIA+ artists, crafters, performers, creators, etc. deserve more opportunites to showcase their talents in an inclusive, safe space.

OUR MISSION

The Woodinville Pride Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive, affirming, and accessible experiences for the LGBTQIA+ community
right here in the Eastside. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe place to celebrate who they are, the foundation

produces free, family-friendly events (most notably Woodinville Pride) that bring together local organizations, artists, and

neighbors in a spirit of visibility, connection, and joy. By focusing on accessibility and community collaboration,
the foundation works to ensure that Pride is not just something you travel to, but something you can feel right at home.

OUR BOARD

Tanya Milbrodt

Executive Director & Founder

Tanya is a Woodinville resident with an LGBTQ Teen. When her daughter came out a few years ago they wanted to go to a small, local Pride event and found that there were not as many on the Eastside as they expected. Inspired by her love for her daughter (and the LGBTQ community) the idea for Woodinville Pride was born! Tanya works closely with a committee to plan this event and looks forward to years of growth & love to be shared in Woodinville.

Brandi was born & raised locally, in Redmond. She was a 3-sport athlete in high school and went on to play softball and study at the University of the Pacific before she earned her Master's degree at Seattle University. She has four children and a fiance, Alexandra. After a pivotal year in her life, and a desire to be of service & foster relationships, she felt as though there was no better time to begin her career in Real Estate. Brandi is drawn to music, dancing, hiking, sharing meals and connecting with people. If you have any need for buying, selling, investing or simply have a question about the market, please reach out to this queer agent!
